30/30 Return & Warranty Policy

Simple & Convenient

FOX AIRSOFT LLC has a 30 day return policy on all products sold, with the exception of our Airsoft Mystery Boxes. Mystery Boxes are still eligible for our 30 day warranty policy. If you don’t like an item you’ve purchased, you can return all brand-new and unused products in the manufacturer’s original packaging to the store within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Shipping both directions will be the responsibility of the customer.

Conditions for Returning an Item

  • Original Packaging – unopened and undamaged
  • Not Fired
  • Battery Not Charged
  • Magazines Not Loaded
  • No damage
  • No modifications

If an item has been used, damaged, modified, or the manufacturers original packaging damaged it is not eligible for a return. In this case, we provide a 30 day limited parts and labor warranty to keep you covered.
Our 30 day limited parts and labor warranty is to cover manufacturer’s defects and modifications performed by Fox Airsoft LLC. The warranty does not cover abuse to the item.

Conditions that Void Warranty

  • Guns are used with any bb brands not offered by Fox Airsoft LLC
  • Any abuse of the gun that is outside of normal use
  • Any modifications of the gun that are not performed by Fox Airsoft LLC
  • Removal of the Orange Tip
  • Disassembly of the gun
